Hampton Lane Shipping Policy

At Hampton Lane, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping details below.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

  • flat rate of $16 applies to all orders.
  • We offer free in-store pickup. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please pick up your order within 7 days of notification.
  • Some items will be pick up only, that you will see in red text. This item can only be purchased in store from our shop in Templestowe Vic

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services with tracking. Please note:

  • An authority to leave will be assumed unless otherwise specified.
  • If we are unable to deliver to your location (e.g., remote areas), we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and process a refund promptly.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times vary between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

All items are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hamptonlane.com.au. We may request photos of the damaged item to assist with the claim.

Important: If the outer packaging shows signs of damage upon arrival, do not accept delivery or sign for the package. Instead, contact us immediately so we can assist you.
